2. What data we process

Only the data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where relevant, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for the periods required by law.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use web hosting (Hostinger) and email (Google Workspace) providers, which act as data processors under GDPR safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@geniustreebrands.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
